Bob has specialized in insurance and financial services for more than 30 years and is respected, trusted, and appreciated by the industry’s top executives. His expertise is sought by clients who are responsible for strong financial and steady business growth. He is widely respected for his grasp of financial markets, his ability to manage diverse functions, and his acute diagnostic skills.
Bob has held positions as President and Chief Executive Officer of American General Life Insurance Company and in 1994 assumed the additional leadership responsibilities of Vice Chairman of American General Life Insurance Company of New York. Other executive positions held by Bob were with: First Financial Resources, Fidelity Guaranty Life Insurance Company, and The Travelers Insurance Company.
Highlights during his career are unprecedented revenues, productivity, and profitability. Over the past 10 years, Bob has concentrated on strategic planning, marketing, innovative products and distribution strategies as well as interviewed and recruited hundreds of candidates. Bob’s vision for New World Marketing, Inc. grew out of his impressive execution of senior corporate management assignments. His leadership ability and extraordinary marketing and management expertise led to the 1997 founding and launch of New World Marketing, Inc.

John R. Davis is an executive recruiter with 30 plus years experience and is recognized in the financial services industry as one of the nation’s premier executive recruiters. Prior to New World Marketing, Inc., John served as Regional Sales Manager of American Express Business Finance and Information Leasing Company offering equipment leasing programs to major equipment vendors.
John received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Duke University, Durham, North Carolina. Directly from college John began his recruiting career with Management Search in Atlanta earning him top producer and head of Search Consultants, based in Houston. John was the Vice President and Managing Partner for Warren Management Consultants of New York’s Houston office specializing in retained executive search within the energy banking industry. Most recently John founded Davis Management Consultants, placing executives on a national level as search consultants to the financial services industry.
John resides in Kingwood, TX, is an avid golfer and tournament bridge player.

Arnold is an actuary expert with over 30 years experience specializing in reserve and capital reviews, product development, risk analysis, Sarbanes-Oxley readiness and implementation, and reinsurance.
Prior to joining New World Marketing, Inc. Dicke served as Senior Manager in the actuarial practice of KPMG; additionally, he has served on the boards of directors for the American Academy of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries. His primary duties and responsibilities are expanding the firm’s actuarial services throughout the financial services industry.
Arnold graduated from Harvard College and received his master’s in mathematical physics from Princeton University. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, an A.B., Cum Laude, in physics from Harvard and is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary. Dicke is a well known author and has an extensive list of publications throughout the insurance industry.
Arnold was formerly senior vice president and head of traditional life insurance at ING Re. Earlier, he held chief actuary or chief line of business actuary roles at New York Life, USLIFE Corporation, the Equitable, Provident Mutual, and Penn Mutual was a consultant with Tillinghast.

Les is a senior level professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in the areas of insurance distribution, product design and joint venture development.
Prior to his current duties, Les was Executive Vice President, Marketing for Jefferson Pilot (Lincoln National Life). He was responsible for all marketing programs and new strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes work in general strategic planning, distribution, re-energizing and expansion, economic modeling and product design within the life insurance industry.
Other executive positions held by Les were Senior Executive Vice President, Life Partners Group and Senior Vice President, AIM Management Group. His broad management skills include the areas of annuity, life, and mutual fund marketing as well as non-traditional distribution (banks and brokerages), operation, product development, underwriting, reinsurance and systems. He has also developed long-term strategies for direct marketing, multi-level sales organizations and affinity groups.

Marc Gurtman is recognized as one of the nation’s premier recruiters with more than 20 plus years of top level executive recruiting serving clients from a diverse group of industries. Marc received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. Jim, a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, is an expert in human resources, recruiting, and career development. In the course of his 26 years in the Air Force, he managed large-scale, highly complex aviation operations, logistical support activities, and human resource programs.
Jim began his career as a fighter pilot and after several flying assignments, he was selected Headquarters Chief of Manning and Career Development at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia. He managed assignments, career development, training, and program analysis for 41,000 aviators and support technicians of the Air Force Air Combat Command. Jim was widely respected throughout the military aviation and human resources communities for “placing the ‘personal’ in personnel” and involving individuals in important decisions about their careers.

Carrie has over 18 years expertise in customer service primarily in Marketing, Sales and Corporate meetings. Carrie’s executive search efforts at New World Marketing, Inc. are national in scope; providing assistance and working directly with the CEO in the communication, coordination and placement of all executive level candidates. Her duties include coordinating and management of the interview process as well as providing project management, research support, and business development.
Following college graduation, Carrie worked for California Nutri/System Franchise as the Assistant Director, acting as the key contact between the corporate office and all the field locations within Orange County, California. After two years, she joined the Quaker Oats Company working in their sales division for the Los Angeles, San Diego and Arizona regions. Carrie was promoted to Customer Service Representative servicing Costco Wholesale for their Western region including Hawaii, Japan, Mexico, Guam and the Philippines for 8 years.
Prior to entering executive search, Carrie served as Corporate Travel Director, managing on-site meetings and corporate travel incentive programs, where she was responsible for the handling of the day to day schedules of the VIP’s exclusively.

Carol has 25 years of meeting professional expertise in the Corporate meeting industry. A CMP, her expertise and skills are in incentive travel programs with a primary emphasis on client communications and meeting management. She has a strong background in program development, operations, logistics, budget planning and on-site management. She successfully has planned and organized over 200 meetings per year for conferences, trade shows, and special events. Carol is skilled in contract negotiation and a detailed-oriented administrator, controlled 4 million-dollar budgets and managed programs of 3,000 participants.
After spending 15 years of extensive international and domestic traveling operating incentive programs associated with many major sporting events, Carol joined New World Marketing, Inc. in 1998. She oversaw logistical and budgetary aspects of projects as well as launched a full service meeting, incentive travel and special events division. Her varied responsibilities role was booking of all travel and hotel accommodations. Carol executed numerous global assignments and meetings while establishing a presence in generating new lines of business.
